Where can I find information about my account?
All information about your account can be found under “My Account” on our website.
Can I find older orders in my account?
Yes, all your previous orders are visible in your account. This makes it easy to keep track of your order history.
Can I change my details in my account?
You can change your shipping address and contact details yourself. Billing details can be changed on request via our Customer Service. You can reach them at info@biemans.com
Are my invoices also in my account?
Yes, your invoices are available digitally in your account.
I have lost my password. How do I get a new one?
Click on the “I have forgotten my password” link on the login screen. You will then receive an email to set a new password.
Where can I find my Track & Trace information?
You will automatically receive a Track & Trace link by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also check the shipping status at any time in My Account under shipment – Track & Trace. Here you can see the current delivery information and easily click through to the carrier for more details.
Can I order outside the specified packaging unit (PU)?
Orders can only be placed within the specified packaging unit. A large proportion of our products can be ordered individually (packaging unit = 1).
When is my order free of charge?
There is no free delivery; shipping costs always apply.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. For exact rates, please contact Customer Service at info@biemans.com.
Do all my products come from one warehouse?
Not always. Orders can be shipped from multiple warehouses. This may result in multiple packages, Track & Trace codes and invoices. On our website, each product has a product table that indicates whether products are shipped from Warehouse A or B.
Why do I receive multiple invoices for one order?
When products are delivered from different warehouses, a separate invoice is issued for each warehouse.
When will my order be shipped as a pallet?
We determine whether a shipment will be sent by parcel or pallet based on the order size. For pallet shipments, we will contact you to discuss the delivery date and shipping costs.
Can I add something to my order after I have placed it?
No, orders cannot be changed or expanded once they have been placed.
How do I know if everything will be shipped in one box?
Our logistics department determines the most efficient packaging based on weight and product type. Where possible, we combine shipments in one box.
I have a complaint about my delivery. What should I do?
Please contact Customer Service at info@biemans.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
I would like to request product samples. How do I do that?
Please contact Customer Service at info@biemans.com to discuss the options for samples.
Where can I report a return?
Returns can be reported via our Customer Service at info@biemans.com. Always include your order number and the reason for the return.
Can I see the weight of my order somewhere?
You can see the total weight of the products in your order in your shopping cart.
What are the opening hours for loading and unloading?
Our warehouse is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you would like to pick up a smaller shipment outside of working hours, please contact our Customer Service at info@biemans.com to discuss the options.
